This pass allows for 2 people to come together for a functional fitness assessment which will take about 90 minutes. Anyone interested in starting an exercise program, especially with Agile 4 Life Fitness, or who needs additional assistance getting more from their workouts, is encouraged to go through an assessment.
A certified personal trainer will evaluate your posture alignment, muscles strength, balance, and review your past and current health status. This assessment can be done in-person, if there is a personal trainer living near by, or can be done online. This allows the personal trainer to gather important information on the best way to help you choose the best classes for your fitness level and goals, or how to design and progress you if you should choose additional personal training sessions.
