In the webinar, we review the simple steps you can make-right now-to prevent a "long lie" from happening. We also review the best ways to fall--to prevent a serious injury, how to get up from a fall using your own body weight, how to get up with and without using your knees, the 4 easiest ways to move across the floor if you do fall, plus what to do right after a fall to make sure you're not injured. There's also advice on when it's important to call 911. Please DO NOT practice falling, but feel free to practice the different methods to get up if you are confident you will not be stuck on the floor.
