Chair Yoga is the perfect class if you:
- Love the benefits of yoga but find it difficult to get up and down off the floor
- Need or would like to start a gentle movement program

- Want to improve your health, have more energy, and have less pain
It's taught by our experienced and knowledgable yoga instructor Lori Cable. She will gently guide you through a flow of poses and movements that will help to improve posture, flexibility, and strength. It's a perfect mix of meditation, breathing, and movement.
Modifications on body alignment are given to accommodate all fitness levels. The tools we recommend for class are: a sturdy chair with no side arms. One that won't slide as you move and allows both feet to rest flat on the floor while you're seated.
