Gentle Yoga is a taught by our experienced yoga instructor Lori Cable. Her gentle guide through a flow of poses and movements such as, reclining, twisting, standing, sitting, slight inverting, and reaching will help to improve posture, balance, and strength. It's the perfect mix of meditation with a focus on breathing to help bring a sense of mental calmness and relaxation. It's the go to class to help with stress and promote a deep sense of serenity. 

Modifications on body alignment are given to accommodate all fitness levels. The tools we recommend for class are: a yoga mat or using a carpeted floor, 2 yoga blocks or 2 sturdy text books, a yoga strap or an old neck tie.
