This is a small group personal training session. Participation and/or membership for this session must be pre-approved by the instructor, Joy Fletcher. The sessions are 60-minutes in duration and Monday & Wednesdays has a circuit style format. All exercises are done either standing or sitting, no floor exercises. A set of resistance bands or TheraBands is required. Walking poles are occasionally used but are not mandatory. The exercise routines are designed to be age-appropriate, to increase muscle strength, esp. core for better balance, improve posture and flexibility.
